Rise in demand for serviced apartments: According to DAMAC the increase in demand for serviced apartments that cater to varying needs is growing. With Dubai emerging as a top tourist destination for business professionals and tourists alike, the Dubai-based developer is likely to see continued innovation. Live-work-play: Developers are stressing a new concept, the live-work-play concept, which is gaining traction in the region.
